At Canyon Coffee, we consider roasting coffee a form of art. Before the roasting begins, the highest quality green beans are selected from around the world. The beans are not just roasted until they turn brown, but are taken through a meticulous process. Many samples are taken at different stages during the roast. We then “cup” (taste) the samples and, when satisfied, go back to the roaster to develop the perfect coffee for your enjoyment. Your beans will be roasted after you place your order, and that date will be put on the package instead of an expiration date. This way, you will enjoy the freshest coffee possible. Another aspect of Canyon Coffee Company is consulting. Trent has been in the coffee business for several years and has been trained by the world’s largest coffee company as a certified barista trainer, manager, and whole bean master who has also set up coffee shops. So not only will we roast the best coffee, we will also help you start or expand your coffee business.
