Kenyan coffee, internationally regarded as a premium bean, is known for its richness and intensity of taste. The deep knowledge and premium practices of Kenyan farmers furthers this reputation, crafting a coffee that bursts with complex wine, spice, and fruit flavors.


Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee. Known as an extremely diverse and quality bean, Ethiopia coffees generally exhibit bright citrus or floral characteristics. Notes of blueberry are also often found.




Capturing the wild jungle essence of this tropical island, Sumatran coffees are hand sorted and dry processed resulting in the typical full-to-heavy body with hints of sweet cider herbaceousness and balsamic vinegar in the cup.

India Malabar

Produced by utilizing the monsoon rains of India as a processing agent, the result is an amazingly full-bodied coffee with low acidity and an unique flavor that is sweet, mellow, and pleasantly musty.

Central America

Costa Rica

Costa Rica is known for its expertise in processing methods, the result of a very advanced industry and country. The result is a very clean cup of coffee, lacking any of the oddities exhibited by lesser-developed producers. Expect a beautifully standard cup of coffee, clean and straightforward.


The natural shade and jungle of the Guatemalan highlands is the perfect environment for the Bourbon botanical variety of the Arabica bean.  These bright coffees typically exhibit moderate body with clean fruit and floral notes.


Mexico hosts a wide variety of different coffees and flavor profiles due its geographic size and the mixed development of the coffee industry. While not having a history of top quality, farmers of Mexico have worked to put that stereotype to bed, producing increasingly quality cups with subtle notes of milk chocolate and sweet almonds.

El Salvador

Civil unrest and farm neglect marred the coffee industry in El Salvador for years. But as conditions in the country have changed, so has the cup quality, benefitting from the country's natural geographic ability to grow quality varietals. The best cups display amazingly simple fruity notes with hints of caramel.

South America


Brazil is the largest producer of Arabica coffee. With this tremendous size comes a great variety of quality and flavor. The best Brazilian coffees are clean and lower in acidity, exhibiting sweet nutty notes balanced with chocolate undertones.


Colombia coffee is widely known for its extensive availability, stocking bulk coffee shelves around the world. But the conditions of the market and the quality of the coffee are not accurately represented by these products. Colombian coffee, often grown by small family farms, are absolutely exceptional, exhibiting silky notes of sugar cane, tropical fruit, and exotic nuts.
